FACILITIES

Someday Farm was established in 2005.  Our horses and clients enjoy the quiet atmosphere on our private 50+ acres.  If you would like a tour of our facility, please contact us for an appointment.

Our modern barn was custom built in 2006 and features:

• Open on 3 sides for maximum ventilation
• Concrete Aisles
• 12 12x12 matted stalls
• 2 12x24 foaling/lay up stalls
• Steel mesh stall doors with windows
• 6 8x10 grooming racks with cross-ties
• 2 secure tack rooms
• European Blanket Racks
• Fly Spray System
• Automatic Watering System
• Restroom
• Fully functional Vet Room with stocks
• Air Conditioned/Heated Office
• 3 Wash Racks
• Individual fans in summer
• Individual UV lights in winter

TURN-OUT

     We maintain our pastures 
  by planting seasonal grass and
  utilizing a rotating and resting 
  program.

• 11 pastures just under an acre each
• 2 larger pastures for mares and foals
• Horse safe vinyl and electric braid fencing

ARENA

Our new 100x200 Arena was constructed in 2008.  It features all-weather footing using mortar sand and Arena Moist™ and is enclosed with vinyl fencing.  In addition, our riders may also enjoy time outside the arena riding in our 37 acre hay field.
